We do our best to keep all products available at both US and European warehouse. At some rare cases, products can be available at one warehouse and out of stock in another. If this is the case, you will get a notification that a product or service is unavailable for your destination. P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs Addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options REQUIRED for APO, FPO, and PO boxes with 5-8 Business Days delivery time.
Taxes
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. The standard international shipping charges you pay to Fishing Planet Store only cover shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.
At Fishing Planet Store LLC, we stand by the quality of our products with confidence and we hope you will love every item(s) you purchase, If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make sure the return is as painless as possible. We offer easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are processed based on the original form of payment within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.
Fishing Planet Store LLC Return Policy
You may return or exchange your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of delivery if the original purchase was made on our store. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Request a Return Authorization by emailing us at shop@fishingplanet.com with your order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason why the item did not work out. Simply package your order with the invoice and reason for return, and ship to our Order returns center.
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to Fishing Planet Store LLC due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise.
Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to Fishing Planet Store LLC within 30 days from the date of shipment confirmation. Fishing Planet Store LLC cannot be held liable for refunds or replacements for more than one calendar month. For any returned package: For any order that is returned to Fishing Planet Store LLC, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of good ordered, Fishing Planet Store LLC will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned packages: If a package has been destroyed by custom or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Fishing Planet Store LLC, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
Please note that shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable on all orders except for defective and/or damaged items. Once we receive your return, our team will assess and process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for processing. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and will be reflected on your statement in 7-10 business days. Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional sets and kits are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces in the set are included in the return. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policies will be held, and our Customer Service team will reach out via the email to resolve any discrepancies. If our team doesn’t receive a response in 7 business days, it’s up to our discretion to issue full or partial store credit. If your product arrives in damaged and unusable condition, please email shop@fishingplanet.com with your order number and a picture(s) verifying the damage.

Damaged Item
We offer free replacements for products that were received damaged or defective. Please contact us at shop@fishingplanet.com upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item and include:
- Order number
- Picture(s) of the damage or defect
- Description of the damage or defect
Our Quality Assurance team will review the image/description of the damage and set up a prompt replacement order.
Missing Item
If you receive an incomplete order, or your package never arrived, please email shop@fishingplanet.com and include your order number. If we're unable to locate the order, we'll issue a free replacement order or a full refund.
Are Shipping Charges Refundable?

When Will I Get My Refund?

The Atlaua combo is beautiful! Looks and feels great and was easier to set up for casting than most of my other casting rods. The parabolic rod really gives great action and make hooking a fish exciting! Showed it to my furniture son-in-law and his eyes popped with delight.
