Order Processing Times
Order processing time is between 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery are calculated based on weight and distance. Starting at $4.99
Orders form the US warehouse, placed after 2:30 PM CST, will be processed and shipped on the next day.
After placing an order, you have 1-2 business days - while the order is being processed - to cancel it, in case you make a mistake or change your mind.
Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the Fishing Planet Store website.
Please note the above delivery time frames are indicative only and are subject to the US Post delivery networks which may be susceptible to delays in the lead up to Christmas due to higher volumes than usual. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to prevent disappointment.

Stock Availability
We do our best to keep all products available at both US and European warehouse. At some rare cases, products can be available at one warehouse and out of stock in another. If this is the case, you will get a notification that a product or service is unavailable for your destination. Please drop us a message at contact page, and we will dispatch your order manually from the location with available stock.
Business Days and Handling Days
Please note that weekends are not considered business days.
If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday, the first handling day will be the next business day.
P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs Addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority delivery options REQUIRED for APO, FPO, and PO boxes with 5-8 Business Days delivery time.
Taxes
Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. The standard international shipping charges you pay to Fishing Planet Store only cover shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.
