I like the 6’6 better for better backbone and it’s very light. I mainly use it for wade fishing in saltwater and it’s a amazing rod. It’s all around rod, I can throw light lures to heavy lures no problem! The action on the rod is perfect. There is one little issue, it’s a two piece rod and every once a while, the top end will tilt to the right every after few fish caught so you have to align it back in place. But overall, I give it 4.9, nearly 5 stars because of one tiny problem. For the 7’, I like it because of the length and I can throw heavier lures but the backbone is not the same and the action is different. I prefer 6’6 for sure!
I would give this 5 stars. I love it. It’s the most smooth reel and the rod is light, strong and snappy. Also, I love beautifully designed things and this rod and reel are the most beautiful pieces of fishing equipment that I own. And I own plenty of well-known rods and reels. These are stunning. I seriously am so impressed. BUT, the centrifugal breaks are the biggest problem. The little plastic breaks came out of their slots in my first few casts. They work well when they stay in but they don’t stay in. It’s like they were an after-thought. Luckily the reel has dual breaks as the magnetic breaks work great. I love everything else but the centrifugal breaks are a major glaring issue.

Actually a product well worth the money the look the action all hold up to whatever it maybe you're fishing for but I finally realized Life's too short to fish with a ugly rod
